We have give a lifetime warranty to the original owner on every hand crafted Timber Fly Net agains defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.
Shipping
Free shipping within the Continental United States. Contact us if you require shipping outside the United States. In stock items usually ship next day. Special order items will ship when completed. Typically standard nets will be completed and shipped within 10 days. Custom nets requiring engraving, laser etching or epoxy will take longer. typically 2-3 weeks. If you are ordering for a special occasion and need order rushed please contact us. We will make every effort to meet your deadline.

Returns
Any stock standard product purchased may be returned in original/unused condition within 30 days of the date of shipment. Please contact us with your name, order number, the item(s) you plan to send back, and your reason(s) for the return. We will respond with authorization and instructions. Once we have received your return and verified condition, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the product less shipping. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any additional shipping charges you incur in the process of the return.
